Diversity in thinking and processes.
We believe the wider the diversity of experiences and perspectives in our team, the more unique and successful our projects will be. We’ve assembled a team of designers, artists, craftspeople, media producers, lighting and control system experts, and scholars to influence and inspire each other’s ideas in a way that few other companies have achieved.

The projects we build are often hatched out of abstract and sometimes evolving ideas spread across the minds of designers and clients. They're also usually one-of-a-kind prototypes that are trying to be unique to the world. Given this we strive to make the process of realizing these ideas in a dimensional world as transparent and communicative as possible. This dialog is typically centered around the following four key principles that guide our efforts:

1) Aesthetics:
Each element we create must look, move and act aesthetically correct. In the case of creating a portrait figure of President Lincoln, that meant capturing every detail in the sculpt, coloring, hair style, costume, pose, expression and presence of the figure. In the case of a 25 foot tall Tyrannosaurus Rex, it was making sure the movements looked natural and believable to the guest riding by on the roller coaster. And in the case of a dark ride through ancient Jerusalem, it was making sure the buildings looked authentic, the lighting like the dessert sun, and the people and animals as if they had just walked through a time portal from 2000 years ago.

2) Reliability:
As much as we enjoy creating each project, we really don’t want to work on it twice. We design each element we create with the performance criteria, desired lifespan, and maintenance expectations of the project in mind. When the prototypical nature of our products does teach us a lesson, we learn it quickly and make the necessary adjustments to ensure a reliable performance.

3) Facility Integration:
A successful handshake between different contractors and sub-contractors can be a bit of an art form. We have many years of experience integrating our creations into interior and exterior facilities around the world, allowing our scope to grow and shrink to best define accountability for the elements and systems incorporated into the project. Detailed diagrams and drawings are created during the design phase so that everyone involved has the necessary information in plenty of time to implement the agreed upon plan.

4) Fiscal Responsibility:
Each project we create is designed and built to an agreed upon budget. When changes are requested, or new ideas generated, we work with our clients to determine the impact to the budget prior to implementing the new direction.
