Rodney Heiligmann, Ph.D. – Mr. Optimistic
Rodney is the company’s megaphone, trumpeting LifeFormations’ capabilities to the outside world, while internally encouraging the team to take on new challenges. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, including a stint as a Jungle Cruise Skipper at Walt Disney World, Rodney runs the day to day operations of the company. His background is in Visual Communications, for which he was a professor for a while, and his first job at LifeFormations was scraping fiberglass off the floor as a summer intern (which he still does from time to time).
